Job description

Manufacturing / Production Associate
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with one of our clients in the Rochester, IN area.
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: Starts at $16.00/hr. (Pay based on experience)
What You'll Do:
โ€ข Work with fiberglass and plastic materials in a manufacturing environment
โ€ข Read and interpret tape measurements and blueprints accurately
โ€ข Operate machinery and production equipment as assigned
โ€ข Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
โ€ข Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling duties
โ€ข Complete general labor and fabrication tasks throughout the facility
What You'll Bring:
โ€ข Manufacturing experience preferred
โ€ข Experience in fabrication, machine operation, quality inspection, shipping, or general labor is a plus
โ€ข Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints accurately
โ€ข Ability to work with fiberglass and plastic materials
โ€ข Ability to withstand heat in a manufacturing environment
โ€ข Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift
โ€ข Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day
