Job description

Customer Driven, Employee Inspired. We are searching for a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that production goals are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Production Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of production staff and ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop production schedules and allocate resources to ensure that production goals are met
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure that all products meet company standards and customer specifications
- Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all production staff
