Job description

Job Title: CDL-B Delivery Driver (Straight Truck) - Home Daily - Mon-Fri - Avg. $95,000/year

Job Summary
Kemps Dairy has immediate openings for dependable CDL-B Delivery Drivers to operate a straight truck safely, deliver dairy products to customer locations, and build great customer relationships on an assigned route. You'll run daily routes and be home nightly while supporting a farmer-owned company that delivers the goodness of dairy across our communities. Primarily delivering to schools.

Pay & Schedule

  • Average earnings: $95,000/year (drivers can earn more)
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Home daily (local routes)

What You'll Do

  • Operate a straight truck safely and efficiently on an assigned route schedule
  • Deliver dairy products to customer locations and meet delivery expectations (including placing products in coolers/walk-ins when required)
  • Unload product at stops using tools like a 2-wheel cart/pallet jack (hands-on delivery role)
  • Provide friendly customer service and build strong working relationships
  • Complete required paperwork, inspections, and DOT-related logs/records

Requirements

  • Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement and a clean driving record
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Able to pass pre-employment screening (drug/background, etc.)
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to push/pull and lift up to 55 lbs
  • 2 years Driving/delivery experience required
