Job description

Dairy Plant Production Supervisor: Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Plant in Tuttle Oklahoma is looking to hire an experienced Dairy Plant Production Supervisor. We have a 57 year reputation for quality products and service and we are looking for the best of the best to join our team. Production supervisory experience in a high volume Dairy Manufacturing facility is required. The Production Supervisor ensures that the highest quality products are produced by monitoring all aspects of manufacturing for products such as ice cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream, fluid milk, and butter. This individual must understand Good Manufacturing Practices, HAACP/HARPC and Food Safety Programs. Must have in depth knowledge and first hand dairy production experience with industrial production processes in a ready-to-eat Dairy Manufacturing Plant. This individual will establish and maintain a positive work environment by inspiring up to 40 employees at a time through strong leadership, vision, and passion. The Production Supervisor ensures that the appropriate standard operating procedures are developed and maintained in all areas of the Plant. Must be able to plan, organize, and provide leadership necessary for achieving productions goals. Schedule available is 1:30 PM to Midnight. Work schedule will be 4 days on 2 days off rotation. Annual salary is $80,000-$100,000 and will be based on experience.
