Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | 30-minute lunch

About The Company:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and day-to-day HR operations. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers while gaining hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, and employee support in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Description:

The Contract Recruiter will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly and salaried positions while assisting with a variety of Human Resources responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable serving as a resource for both employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Identify qualified candidates using job boards, networking, and recruiting resources.
  • Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment and onboarding documentation.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with managers to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Provide occasional front desk support when needed.
  • Assist with additional HR and administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Previous general Human Resources experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and online recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, confident, and customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish would be helpful!

Additional Details:

  • 100% onsite position.
  • Six-month contract with the opportunity for extension based on business needs.
  • Primarily based in Pleasant Prairie with occasional travel to a nearby distribution center.
  • Onsite interview with the hiring manager and target start date is within two weeks
