Labor Field Recruiter - Arcadia, WI

What Youll DoBe a Strategic Partner
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future staffing needs

  • Design and execute field recruiting strategies that support those needs

  • Share insights on local labor trends and candidate competition to guide hiring decisions

Be a Community Connector
  • Build and maintain relationships with:

    • Community organizations and agencies

    • Job centers and workforce development partners

    • High schools, trade schools, technical schools, colleges, and universities

  • Develop a trusted network that expands and sustains candidate flow

  • Represent Ashley at community events such as festivals, parades, and sporting events

Create Talent Pipelines in the Field
