The Shopper Activation Manager will lead and ownonsite andoffsitemediastrategy and executionwithin their respective Retailer's Media Networkto support sales objectives and financial targets. This includesmanaging the relationship with the Retailer's Ads/MarketingTeamand supporting respectiveMars accountteamto define and deliver activation plansacrossin store,media, merchplacements, search, andotherretailer media capabilities.They will be the leader and single point foractivationstrategyand execution,working withourAgency of Record,Marketing, and National Media Managers to deliver integrated full funnel plans.

The Activation Manager will reportintoCustomer Account Teamleadershipto ensure activation plans align withRetailerJoint Business Plans andsupport delivery of sales targets. Thisassociatewill also collaborate with National and Brand Teamsto ensure full funnel integrated planning and optimization occurs acrosspurchase funnel.

There are three Manager positions across our Shopping Activation teams in Grocery, Value & Specialty, and Drug & Mass channels. We will consider your experience and our customer needs for the best fit for the role throughout this process.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ABachelor's Degreeand at least 4 years of experience in the CPG or retail media industry.

  • Proven analytical skills with at least 2 years of experience interpreting sales data, campaign performance, or other relevant metrics to drive business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience directly managing retail media programs (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing).

  • 2+ years of client-side experience within a CPG company's sales, marketing, or eCommerce team.

  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including search, display, and social media advertising.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Own the day-to-day Retailer Marketing Team relationship, including annual Joint Business Planning

  • Ownthe planningand execution of retail media, shopper, and in-store programs at Key Account Retailer, in partnership w/ customer team. There will be a high level ofresponsibility:be hands-to-keyboard for search campaign management, and work with our Agency of Record on display media campaigns

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with our Agency of Record

  • Support Sales Account Teams in delivering business targets with integrated activation plans

  • Work collaboratively alongside peers who do similar workonother customers, as well as cross-functional partners in functions like Finance and Brand Marketing

  • Coach and teach best practices to a range of sales associates with varying levels of knowledge on paid search, display media, and digital coupons

  • Work with National Media and Recruitment Team on full funnel campaign integration and campaign connection

  • Own budget and purchase order/invoice management, planning, and execution for all retail media investment, including funding changes and reporting to centralized forums
