Job Title: Seasonal PT Brand Activation Manager
Reports To: Sales Director- OP
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Southern Crown Partners, in collaboration with Anheuser-Busch, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic On-Premise Brand Activation Manager to support the execution of marketing initiatives and brand-building activations across multiple Anheuser-Busch brands. This role is designed for an outgoing, disciplined professional who can manage On-Premise programming, coordinate sampling events, strengthen key account relationships, and ensure flawless execution of brand standards. The ideal candidate is organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic nightlife and hospitality environment.
Job Summary: The On-Premise PT Brand Activation Manager is responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving trial, and supporting sales conversion through coordinated sampling programs, targeted brand activations, and relationship-building with key accounts. This position requires the ability to manage logistics, lead event execution, maintain brand compliance, and collaborate closely with both Southern Crown Partners and Anheuser-Busch field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Activation & Execution
  • Lead planning and execution of On-Premise sampling events, promotional activations, sponsorships, and special events across assigned accounts.
  • Ensure all activations meet brand guidelines, safety standards, and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain promotional kits, manage local marketing assets, and ensure all materials are accounted for and deployment-ready.
  • Conduct pre-event check-ins, complete setup and teardown, and oversee event execution in person.
  • Deliver weekly reports, recaps, KPI tracking, survey audits, budget reconciliations, and required program documentation.

Account Management
  • Establish and grow relationships with key On-Premise accounts, including bars, restaurants, and venues.
  • Collaborate with Southern Crown sales managers to identify opportunities and support brand growth strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales trends, account and consumer feedback, and activation performance.
  • Ensure staff at key accounts are informed, trained, and enthusiastic about featured brands.

Operational Leadership
  • Manage activation schedules and weekly planning to meet program objectives.
  • Coordinate and support Brand Ambassadors as needed, ensuring consistency and alignment with program standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all local and state alcohol beverage laws.
  • Ensure timely submission of expenses, reporting, and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, hospitality marketing, event marketing, brand promotion, or related fields.
  • Experience working with adult beverage brands, promotional staffing, or On-Premise accounts preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet weekly deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, professional demeanor with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license in the state of residence while maintaining a good driving record, with reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting platforms.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds continuously.
  • Walking, Bending, Lifting, and Twisting continuously.
  • Work occurs primarily in On-Premise environments such as bars, restaurants, hotels, stadiums, special events, and retail environments. This role may require working in variable temperatures, navigating crowded spaces, and performing extended physical activity including standing, lifting, and moving promotional materials.
