Job Title: Brand Manager – Greenhouse Concept Centers
Duration: 9 Months
Location: 100% Remote (limited travel)
 

Seeking a strategic Brand Manager with 6–8 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, customer experience, and consumer insights to support Greenhouse concept centers. The role focuses on brand positioning, CSAT strategy, donor experience optimization, research-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration across digital, operations, and innovation teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, value proposition, and tone of voice for Greenhouse concept centers.
  • Partner with agencies on concept branding, naming, and creative development.
  • Drive qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral consumer research initiatives.
  • Own CSAT strategy, survey execution, and donor experience measurement.
  • Translate consumer insights and testing data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Support go-to-market plans and pilot launch initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Digital Experience, Operations, and Greenhouse project teams for consistent brand execution.
  • Contribute to innovation, experimentation, and concept refinement initiatives.
Required Experience
  • 6–8 years in brand management, consumer marketing, experience strategy, or related functions.
  • Strong background in consumer insights, brand positioning, CSAT, and customer experience measurement.
  • Ability to synthesize research into strategic recommendations.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Agency-side or agency management experience.
  • Experience in pilot-driven, test-and-learn, or innovation-focused environments.
