Summary/Objective

The Brand Manager – Dairy Brands leads growth platforms across emerging dairy and snacking occasions. This role identifies opportunities, builds compelling propositions, and brings new products or brands to market.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Portfolio Leadership – Identify new growth opportunities across dairy and snacking.
  • Commercial Project Leadership – Lead initiatives from concept through launch with cross‑functional teams. Includes opportunity to plan limited test launches and scales national launches.
  • Global Engagement – Lead/participate in projects with cross-functional global team members (not limited to, but largely in France) to evaluate & commercialize brands/products.
  • Financial Management – Build business cases and evaluate profitability for new initiatives. Manage day-to-day budget across multiple initiatives.
  • Consumer & Market Insights – Use consumer research, positioning work, and product testing to guide innovation.
  • Marketing Execution – Develop positioning and launch strategies for new products.
  • Communication & Agency Leadership – Align stakeholders and agencies around launch initiatives.
  • Innovation Pipeline – Build and manage new product concepts and brand extensions.
  • Packaging – Develop packaging that supports differentiation and operational feasibility.
  • Events – Represent the brand at innovation forums and industry events.
  • Some travel required.

  • Strong business and financial acumen with ownership mindset
  • Ability to translate insights into strategic action; including experience with retail sales data resources like Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, etc.
  • Commercial leadership across cross‑functional teams

VP of Marketing, Dairy Brands

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred. 
  • 5–8 years of experience in consumer packaged goods marketing with experience launching new products or brands preferred.
  • French language skills are a benefit but not required.
