Overview
Salem Influencer Network, a division of Salem Media, is seeking a high-energy, digitally savvy New Business Development - Brand Partnerships to drive new business growth across our national influencer and content creator portfolio. We are continuing to build a high-growth Influencer Network designed to connect national brands with trusted creators, engaged audiences, and culture-shaping digital communities.
  • We're seeking a strategic, digitally fluent sales leader who has a strong understanding of the influencer space and can monetize through integrated social, podcast, and digital campaigns for modern brands and agencies.
  • This is a sales role focused on opening doors and generating net-new
  • Ideal background: influencer agency, paid social, digital media, podcast network, or talent agency.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Develop new revenue by prospecting and opening doors with national brands, DTC companies, startups, and agencies
  • Monetize creators through strategic, integrated influencer campaigns spanning social, podcast, paid amplification, and digital distribution
  • Develop insight-led, ROI-focused proposals that translate audience engagement and performance data into measurable results
  • Exceed new revenue budget each month

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • 3-7+ years in influencer, digital media, paid social, podcast, or agency sales with a proven track record of closing new brand partnerships
  • Existing lifestyle brand and/or agency relationships with the ability to open doors quickly
  • Deep understanding of creator monetization, branded content, paid amplification, and performance-driven digital campaigns
  • Strategic, consultative seller who builds integrated campaigns (not just sells inventory) and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
