Circuit Activation Assistant

Location:Pinehurst, NC

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Pay: $18 - $24/hr


Job Summary

Supports circuit activation activities including fiber preparation, equipment setup, testing assistance, and basic troubleshooting at customer locations.


Key Responsibilities

Assist with fiber activation and testing

Support equipment setup and teardown

Handle tools and materials

Follow direction of Team Lead

Maintain safety compliance

Trenching and digging to locate services as required

Splicing of fiber (training provided)

Floating fiber within existing infrastructure (training provided)

Routing and securing fiber inside premises


Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent

Ability to perform physical outdoor work

Basic tool and mechanical aptitude

Willingness to learn fiber splicing and placement

Basic equipment familiarity preferred (PON meter, VFL, etc.)

Valid drivers license preferred
