Who We're Looking For
Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a high-energy, success-driven Retail Activation Manager to help lead our field marketing team across Los Angeles, working out of our office in Burbank. This role is built for someone who enjoys training and motivating teams, maintaining strong retail partnerships, and driving performance.
You will be responsible for increasing raw lead volume and issued appointments from retail activations through Costco, primarily through team leadership, training, accountability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead Generation: Generate new sales opportunities (leads) for Lifetime through retail activations and face-to-face engagement
  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and coach a team of Retail Brand Ambassadors to generate quality leads that convert into issued appointments and revenue
  • Scheduling & Coverage: Schedule staff for all retail activations and ensure shifts are covered consistently
  • Training & Development: Develop and execute a consistent training plan, including in-field coaching, shadowing, and performance improvement plans
  • Retail Operations: Ensure retail kits are clean, organized, and fully functional; coordinate roadshows and retail setup/tear-down
  • Recruiting: Recruit and onboard new Retail Brand Ambassadors to build a strong bench for growth
  • Performance Management: Track individual and store performance; report progress and challenges to leadership; take corrective action as needed
  • Retail Partner Relationships: Maintain strong rapport with store managers and member service managers; ensure Lifetime's professionalism is consistently upheld
  • Operational Excellence: Identify ways to increase staffing presence, improve lead flow, and optimize performance across retail locations
  • Field Event Support: Support lead generation efforts at public events and assist with tents, tables, and displays when needed
  • Travel: Travel up to 2.5 hours from the Burbank office for lead generating tasks and team support as needed

What You Need
  • Experience: 3+ year of face-to-face lead generation or Brand Ambassador experience
  • Leadership: 3+ years of team leadership or managerial experience preferred
  • Reliability: Strong work ethic, personal presentation, and ability to be early/on-time for retail operations
  • Technology Skills: Comfortable using smartphone, iPad, Outlook, Paylocity, and navigating CRM/lead capture platforms
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation required; ability to drive a company vehicle is a must
  • Driving Confidence: Comfortable driving large vehicles and/or towing trailers preferred
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, early starts, and late shifts based on activation schedules
