Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.

BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures-and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Activation Manager, you will help accelerate commercial performance across North America by translating data, market insights, and business priorities into actionable strategies that strengthen go-to-market execution. Working across Practice Area, Business Management, and Functions, you will deliver the analytics and insights that support informed decision-making and regional growth.

In this role, you will drive commercial reporting and data analysis, performance analytics, AI activation, and operational initiatives while supporting strategic priorities and enabling business impact across the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing commercial, financial data (including internal accounting & sales systems), and market data from multiple sources to identify trends, measure performance, and generate actionable business insights.
  • Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving commercial dashboards, reporting tools, and knowledge repositories that enable timely decision-making.
  • Creating clear, executive-ready presentations and analytical insights that influence stakeholders and support strategic business decisions.
  • Monitoring KPIs across BCG's AI offerings and functional initiatives to provide performance insights and recommendations to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Partnering with Practice Area, Business Management, and Knowledge teams to strengthen go-to-market strategies, activate AI offerings, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Executing ad hoc analytical requests with accuracy and speed, supporting critical business priorities and executive decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve commercial processes, reporting, and operational effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting the Regional AI and Functional Activation Lead in executing strategic commercial priorities that accelerate AI revenue growth and client penetration across North America.
  • Enabling Practice Areas to activate AI opportunities across industries and clients while advancing other strategic growth priorities.
  • Coordinating content, reporting, and logistics to support regional leadership meetings, including Practice Area and executive forums.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, executive-ready materials and tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong business judgment and a data-driven approach to problem solving, enabling informed decision-making and commercial impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner with stakeholders across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Operating in ambiguous settings, with a self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a collaborative approach to achieving team goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience with data analysis and business analytics, or financial analysis, or data analysis in a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets and translating findings into actionable business insights and executive-ready deliverables.

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with the Commercial Activation Senior Manager and the Commercial Activation Senior Director to support the Regional AI and Functional Activation Lead and the broader North America Client Team in delivering day-to-day operations and advancing strategic priorities. You will independently lead assigned projects while collaborating with colleagues-including Regional Practice Area Managers, North America Finance leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders-to advance commercial priorities and accelerate the growth of BCG's AI and functional offerings.
