Job description

Senior Associate, Brand Tech, Governance and Content Management

As a Senior Associate, Brand Tech, Governance and Content Management, you will play a critical role in scaling Capital One's technology brand across international markets. Working at the intersection of brand strategy, channel operations, and governance, you will serve as the primary orchestrator for how we showcase our technology stories globally.

You will be responsible for building the operational systems that allow our Brand Tech team to distribute marketing efficiently and responsibly across our international geographies. This includes designing the channel ecosystems for each geo, developing and standardizing review processes, and leading the execution of our content strategy through web and social platforms.

What you'll do

  • International governance & strategy: Build and maintain our international Brand Tech social and content governance roadmap. You will work with the brand strategists to define the channel ecosystem for each international market, managing complexities like geo-fencing, dark posting, and language requirements to ensure our content reaches the right audience.

  • Operational enablement: Serve as the main point of contact for all reps on social, content, and channel operations. You will develop and optimize standardized review processes for blogs and social content across all international geographies in collaboration with partner teams.

  • Channel management & publishing: Lead the operational execution of our social channels, including scheduling, publishing and aligning with partner teams to follow all required Brand processes.

  • Technical content execution: Author the international Brand Tech blog articles in the content management system (CMS) and partner with the brand strategists and content engine team to keep the landing pages well-managed and optimized.

  • Measurement & optimization: Drive transparency through data by leading international Brand Tech channel reporting (social, blog, site). You will collaborate with partner teams to report on page performance, make recommendations and incorporate findings into the broader reporting structure.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with our content engine team to ensure global Brand Tech site alignment, attend content syncs to prevent duplication of work, and gain leverage from shared resources.
