Job description

East West Tea is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Brand Manager to join our Brand Experience team!


The Brand Manager works closely with the Senior Brand Manager to work with cross-functional groups to execute strategies and tactics to drive growth.


WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

Operation 50% of time

  • Lead the team on NA product packaging projects from concept to press check, managing the communication with agencies for, but not limited to ingredient updates, new products, innovation.
  • Own, manage and track monthly Yogi North America Brand team budget
  • Supports Senior Brand Manager in collaboration with forecasting and sales for all NPD volume forecasts
  • Complete regular/key business analyses using syndicated data and shipment data
  • Deliver consumer insights through syndicated data and market trend analysis
  • Leads the product innovation process and ensures timely execution
  • Lead in collaboration of Canada’s brand and market expansion strategies and assortment definition


Relationship and Influencing 30% of time

  • Lead the collaborative work with Global Marketing and Content teams to support new product launches, brand and product content and marketing campaigns
  • Preparation of presentations for Executive team and annual sales meetings
  • Lead the development of stage gates


Strategic 20% of time

  • Support Brand team in development and execution of the global Yogi brand and product strategy, brand calendar, priorities, objectives, and budgets to build brand equity to translate into attaining volume goals, annual profit, and long-term profit growth


WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferable masters degree
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Preferred experience in CPG
  • Experience managing projects and timelines
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
