Job Description Summary:Brand Associate is planning and go-to-market execution for the professional nail product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and retail - translating consumer insights and brand strategy into campaigns, channel plans, and product narratives that drive growth across mass, drug, e-commerce, and specialty channels. Especially this position drives sales and consumer loyalty by acting as an in-store & E-commerce product expert for professional nail care, hand skin care, and all related items for professional product line.Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Category Strategy & Brand Planning

• Support the long-term category strategy for the product portfolio, aligned with brand objectives, retail priorities, and market trends

• Support to build Brand Strategy that develop 360-degree commercial plans, setting clear growth targets for specific product pillars of Professional nail product.

• Support to identify white space opportunities through consumer research, competitive analysis, and trend intelligence

• Support to build seasonal brand plans that connect product launches to cultural moments, social trends, and retail windows

• Retailer Specific Strategies that customize marketing toolkits and product assortments to fit the unique shopper demographics of distinct retailers like Walmart, Target, Ulta, or Amazon/ TikTok.

• Brand Consistency that audits all user-facing content, packaging copy, and instore displays to verify alignment with core brand guidelines and visual identity.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Trend Forecasting that tracks social media virality, cosmetic ingredient innovations, and consumer behavior shifts to predict the next major beauty movements.

• Monitor competitive launches, pricing, packaging, and campaign activity to ensure ongoing differentiation and market relevance

• Retail Data Analytics that pull and analyze weekly sales performance data from industry tracking databases likeCircana, Nielsen, or internal dashboards.

• Consumer Insight Studies thatcoordinate focus groups, reads online product reviews, and analyzes survey data to uncover unmet consumer needs and pain points.

• Campaign & Content Coordination that partners with creative and social teams to build 360 marketing toolkits, digital assets, and email/SMS copy

• Share of Voice Tracking that monitors digital performance metrics, influencer mentions and earned media value (EMV) to evaluate how the brand ranks against competitors.

• Data Analytics & Reporting: Pulls performance data using retail tracking tools to analyze launch success and campaign

Product Development

• Drive the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch - encompassing ideation, packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market planning

• Manage product timelines and cross-functional alignment across R&D, packaging, sourcing, design, sales, and operations
• Launch Calendar Management that maintains the master promotional and innovation calendar, ensuring all cross-functional teams hit critical milestones ahead of retail deadlines.

• Retailer & Sales Alignment that prepares product kits, ingredient data sheets, and visual assets for major retail partners like Walmart, Target, Ulta, or Amazon.

Digital Marketing

Core Focus Area

This role carries meaningful ownership of the brand's digital marketing presence -from content coordination to paid performance assistance. The Associate is expected to execute with a platform-native mindset, helping drive measurable impact through social, search, and e-commerce channels.

• Social Content Execution & Scheduling:Coordinates and executes a social-first content schedule across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube-aligning platform-specific formats with seasonal brand priorities.

• Paid Digital Campaign Support:Assists in the execution of paid digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok Ads, Google/YouTube) alongside media and performance teams; helps build creative briefs, set up basic targeting, and track active KPIs.

• Influencer & Creator Program Coordination:Manages the daily operations of influencer and creator programs, handles product seeding logistics, briefs creators, and tracks campaign performance data for reporting.

• PDP & DTC Content Management:Maintains and updates PDP (Product Detail Page) content across retail.com and brand.com, ensuring copy, imagery, and SEO/SEM alignment are fully optimized.

• Omnichannel Digital Storytelling Support:Helps translate brand strategy into digital touchpoints, ensuring a consistent, platform-native brand voice across both paid social assets and organic content.

Product Marketing & Storytelling

• Cross-Functional Coordination:Serves as a daily liaison between Product Development, Design, Creative, PR, and Retail teams to ensure cohesive product narratives are executed across all touchpoints.
• Messaging & Positioning Drafts:Assists in drafting product naming frameworks, benefit messaging, and category positioning architecture based on market trends each season.
• Retailer & Consumer Copywriting:Supports the creation of retailer presentations and line review decks, and drafts consumer-facing marketing copy that authentically reflects the KISS brand voice.

The anticipated compensation range is

19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
