The Role

As the Manager of Marketing and Brand Management at EnergyX, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

   - Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives and increase market share.

   - Utilize market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Brand Management:

   - Own the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

   - Develop brand guidelines and standards to maintain brand integrity and coherence.

Campaign Management:

   - Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.

   - Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
