  • Drive collaboration with digital channel leads, global program strategy teams, enterprise communications, and public affairs teams

  • Establish, maintain, and enforce comprehensive content governance plans
  • Foster structured collaboration with the Performance Marketing team
  • Play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of agile content workflows
  • Partner with the IT department as the primary stakeholder to drive the architecture of the Digital Asset Management System (DAMS)
  • Define operational guardrails, copyright compliance workflows, and ethical standards for the team's use of generative AI tools
  • Hold ultimate accountability for routine visual and message-compliance audits
  • Oversee the management of ASCO's staff brand portal, self-service toolkits, and accessible templates
  • Champion department-wide education initiatives and professional development opportunities
  • Manage the branding and content operational budgets
  • Supervise, mentor, and synchronize the daily efforts of the Content Strategy and Brand Management team

Requirements
