Job description

The Graduate Program Student Coordinator and Recruiter reports to the Director of Admission. This position holds a pivotal role in the daily operations of our graduate academic programs. Functioning as the crucial link connecting diverse graduate academic programs with our online director, this position is entrusted with significant responsibilities in academic progress monitoring, compliance management, and record-keeping services. The Graduate Program Student Coordinator /Recruiter will provide advisory and administrative support pertaining to academic program compliance matters, including degree completion requirements and policies, to students, faculty, and departmental staff. Ensures timely responses to inquiries and offers comprehensive guidance. Must be able to monitor students' progress concerning program requirements; participate in the implementation and administration of associated electronic systems, processes, and procedures as directed. The candidate must be able to uphold rigorous compliance with university policies and standards. The GPSCR conducts preliminary reviews and decisions. This position may require occasional overnight travel to attend recruitment events, meetings, and conferences
Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in academic program coordination and student recruitment. Proficiency in CRM tools and data management systems. Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive understanding of compliance standards and policies. Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies. Knowledge of international student recruitment (for institutions seeking international students). Familiarity with higher education admissions processes.
