This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Manages administrative logistics and operations supporting the Stores Recruiting Team, including maintaining the ATS and other recruiting technologies
  • Support New Stores by sourcing the appropriate tools and coordinating their delivery to the correct locations
  • Builds and maintains strong cross-functional relationships internally with Home Office associates, our Store's Leaders, and Recruiters around the globe, as well as externally with candidates
  • Collaborate with recruiters and vendor partners to ensure technologies are working correctly
  • Coordinate career fair travel, including booking and enrollment, scheduling and preparing necessary paperwork and supplies
  • Processes invoices, and accurately tracks the Store's Recruiting Team's expenses
  • Promote A&F culture and values through high-quality interactions virtually and in-person
  • Appropriately handle sensitive issues daily, always maintaining confidentiality for associates and candidates
  • Contributing to team objectives by accomplishing related tasks and ad hoc projects
