Job description

Red Rock Pharmacy is looking for full-time onboarding specialist for our Salt Lake City area. This role is responsible for conducting onboarding calls with providers and clinic staff as the final step of the onboarding process, ensuring clinics are prepared to begin prescribing through our pharmacy.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, comfortable speaking with providers, and able to communicate pharmacy processes clearly and confidently. Pharmacy technician experience or prior pharmacy knowledge is strongly preferred.Responsibilities
  • Conduct onboarding calls with providers and clinic staff
  • Educate clinics on pharmacy workflows, ordering procedures, and onboarding requirements
  • Answer provider and clinic questions related to onboarding and pharmacy operations
  • Ensure onboarding documentation and setup steps are completed accurately
  • Communicate professionally with providers, office managers, and clinic staff
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and pharmacy teams to support successful account onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication throughout the onboarding process
  • Help create a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new accounts
Qualifications
  • Pharmacy technician background strongly preferred
  • Previous pharmacy, healthcare, or medical office experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • General pharmacy knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy terminology preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with providers and clinic staff over the phone
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
