Job description

Job Title: Onboarding Intern

Department: Human Resources

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 Months, 5 Hours a Week (Exceptions for Finals and Midterms)

Compensation: Unpaid / Academic Credit Available

What You'll Be Doing:

As an onboarding intern, you will help new interns onboard by uploading their contact information onto our software, help assign them to their desired department and put them in contact with their new department directors, and host orientation/onboarding meetings. You will also assign onboarding tasks to new interns and keep track of task completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer questions to new interns about the onboarding process
  • Connect interns with the director of their desired departments
  • Host orientation/onboarding meetings
  • Assign them to a department and team

Qualifications

  • Majoring in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or other related fields
  • Able to navigate Google Workspace, Google Meet, and Google Sheets
