💲 Pay Rate: $25/hour

We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a dynamic early career talent and intern program. This role partners closely with Program Managers to coordinate onboarding, intern engagement, development initiatives, and offboarding while ensuring an exceptional candidate and intern experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Program Managers to support intern and early career programs
  • Assist with onboarding, development initiatives, workshops, and events
  • Manage shared inbox communications and support customer inquiries
  • Track program metrics and support reporting and business reviews
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and operational activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, program management, HR, administration, logistics, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to work across multiple time zones, including regular 7:00 AM local start times

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
