Job description

Were looking for a CNC Operator (Milling/Turning) to join our team and take ownership of operating and maintain our precision CNC milling and/or turning machines. This is a hands-on, technical entry-level role best suited for someone with foundational experience in CNC milling/turning and a passion for producing high-quality, precision parts. If youre looking to advance your machining career in a clean, well-equipped, and team-oriented environment this is a great opportunity to grow.
Your duties
  • Set up and operate CNC milling/turning machines by selecting appropriate tooling, fixtures, and raw materials.
  • Inspect workpieces using precision measuring instruments to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Adjust machine settings and modify tools as needed to maintain high production standards and specifications.
  • Locate technical issues and report them to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe, organized workstation while accurately recording production output, scrap, and tool changes.

Your Profile

  • High school diploma or GED with 1 year of CNC experience OR equivalent technical school/machining certification.
  • Basic understanding of CNC tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies, with a preference for Heidenhain and/or Siemens controls. .
  • Ability to interpret technical blueprints and manufacturing specifications to ensure part accuracy.
  • Maintaining high attention to detail throughout the production cycle.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commute to Rock Hill, SC, and demonstrate consistent accountability and a strong work ethic.
  • Committed to a collaborative, safe team environment focused on quality standards and continuous process improvement.
