Human Resources Intern
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our growing team! This role is a great opportunity for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multi-location healthcare environment.
As an HR Intern, you'll support key functions across recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations-while helping us deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and team members.
What You'll Do
  • Support recruiting efforts across multiple practice locations, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Assist with candidate communication and help create a positive hiring experience
  • Help facilitate new hire onboarding, including collecting documentation and preparing onboarding materials
  • Provide support with payroll and tax-related tasks, such as organizing employee records and assisting with compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR systems
  • Assist with tracking applicant data and recruiting metrics
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing with expected graduation date)
