POSITION OVERVIEW
The Onboarding Program Manager leads the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of onboarding across the organization. This role is responsible for creating a consistent, scalable, and high-quality onboarding experience that strengthens employee readiness, engagement, and retention.
  • Leads onboarding programs across campus, home office, and support services.
  • Oversees orientation delivery and ensure consistency across all locations.
  • Coordinates onboarding communications, materials, and employee experience.
  • Owns onboarding during the blue badge period, including structure and expectations.
  • Develops and maintains standardized job specific onboarding checklists.
  • Partners with subject matter experts to review and update onboarding content.
  • Tracks onboarding completion, participation, and overall effectiveness.
  • Manages onboarding content updates, compliance packets, and documentation.
  • Leads training and support for facilitators through train the trainer efforts.
  • Identifies and implement improvements to strengthen onboarding consistency and impact.
  • Partners with cross functional teams to align onboarding with operational needs.
  • Monitors onboarding feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assinged

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree
    3-5 years of experience
