Location: Onsite – Cary, North Carolina | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Range: $17 - $20
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic and impactful environment? We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our Onsite Services team!
In this essential role, you'll be the welcoming face for candidates and clients, administering DOT and Non-DOT drug screenings, LiveScan Fingerprint collections, managing confidential information, and supporting operational success. This position requires high integrity, professionalism, and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver outstanding front-line customer service to applicants and clients
  • Administer and manage drug screening processes in accordance with industry regulations
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data and ensure compliance with safety and privacy standards
  • Manage call communications using Aircall, scheduling, and tracking applicants through internal systems
  • Travel occasionally within North Carolina (mileage reimbursed)
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in background investigations or fingerprinting preferred
  • Ability to obtain certification for DOT/Non-DOT Drug Collections
  • North Carolina residency and reliable transportation required
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
