Workday Consultant - Financials Washington DC 20006 (New York Ave) Per Federal contract U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Required Must be able to pass enhanced background screening (criminal, financial and finger printing) for Public Trust clearance Must Apply before July 2nd 12:00pm TWO ROLES One Functional - One Technical Workday Financials Washington, DC Prefer local candidate Position One: WORKDAY FINANCIALS FUNCTIONAL Production Support The primary responsibility of the Technology Services’ (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support highly visible cloud systems, Workday, Adaptive Planning and Coupa. We are seeking one Workday Functional Analyst to augment the team The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Workday Finance application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and/or business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Workday environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements. • The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday Finance • Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Workday release • Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills • Possess experience with integrations in Workday (Orchestrate, Studio, EIB etc) • Partnering with stakeholders to define needs, analyze business processes, and design, test, and implement system solutions. • Configuring business processes and functional areas in Workday Finance to meet organizational requirements. • Research and develop solutions for the integration issues between Workday and Coupa system • Managing biannual Workday updates, analyzing feature releases, and implementing new functionalities • Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results POSITION TWO WORKDAY FINANCIALS TECHNICAL The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Workday custom reports and dashboards, building and supporting Workday Orchestrate integrations, and creating data models, analytics, and visualizations using Workday Prism Analytics. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business decision-making. REQUIREMENTS: The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the Technical Services BOA, Section 3.13.2 for labor category Functional Analyst. Qualifications: • Experience developing Workday reports, Orchestrate integrations, and Prism Analytics solutions. • Strong understanding of Workday Finance business processes, security, and data architecture. • Experience with Workday integration technologies and reporting frameworks. • Excellent work ethic and analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. NONCONFIDENTIAL // EXTERNAL The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following: • Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. • Build and support Workday Orchestrate integrations for a new travel system, workflows, and automation solutions. • Develop and maintain Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines, datasets, and visualizations. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, integrations, and analytics solutions. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Support Workday releases, enhancements, testing, and production deployments. • Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
