Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain inbound and outbound Workday integrations with external applications.

  • Develop integrations supporting HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other enterprise systems.

  • Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.

  • Work with Workday Web Services and Workday APIs.

  • Ensure integration solutions meet business, technical, security, and data-quality requirements.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.

  • Strong experience with Workday Studio.

  • Strong experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).

  • Experience with Workday Core Connectors.

  • Experience with Workday Web Services / APIs.

  • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP.

  • Strong experience with XML, JSON, and CSV.

  • Experience with XSLT/XPath.

  • Strong programming experience in Java or Python.

  • Experience developing both inbound and outbound integrations.

  • Strong integration testing and troubleshooting experience.

  • Experience supporting production Workday integrations.

  • Ability to analyze integration errors and resolve data and technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday Integration certification.

  • Experience integrating Workday with third-party HR, payroll, benefits, finance, or enterprise applications.

  • Strong understanding of integration architecture and data flows.

  • Experience with complex Workday Studio integrations.

  • Experience troubleshooting high-volume or business-critical integrations.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Workday Integration Developer / Integrator, rather than a primarily functional Workday consultant.
