Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Workday HCM Analyst with experience across the broader Workday ecosystem to support and enhance our HR technology environment. While this role requires the ability to work across multiple Workday modules, the primary focus will be Recruiting, Candidate Engagement, and Onboarding, with a strong emphasis on reporting development and security configuration.

This role requires a high degree of initiative, ownership, and independent problemsolving. The Workday Analyst is expected to proactively lead configuration efforts, develop and maintain reporting and security, anticipate downstream system impacts, and serve as a trusted advisor to the business while aligning with direction from the HRIS Manager. The ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge, analytical capability, and a proactive mindset to continuously improve the Workday experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Candidate Engagement subject matter expert, providing configuration, ongoing support, and guidance
  • Support additional Workday modules, including Learning, Journey's and Absence & Time Tracking, as business needs and system capabilities evolve
  • Design, develop, and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
  • Create, configure, and maintain Workday security groups, domain security policies, and business process security
  • Perform testing and validation of new features, including release planning, testing and ensuring configurations remain accurate and compliant
  • Demonstrate accountability for assigned functional areas by proactively managing work from intake through solution and followup.
  • Support implementation of new functionality and optimization projects as business needs evolve
  • Ability to assess system, reporting, and security impacts related to configuration changes and Workday releases

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Workday experience with functional configuration across multiple HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Candidate Engagement, and Onboarding required
  • 4+ years of crossfunctional Workday administration experience, including business process configuration and security design
  • Handson experience developing Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
  • Experience creating and maintaining Workday security groups, domain security and business process security administration
  • Experience with EIB integrations or other integration systems
  • Experience supporting or implementing additional Workday or a demonstrated willingness and ability to learn and support additional modules as business needs evolve
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and IT teams
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of workstreams, and proactively manage priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Exposure to acquisition or government contracting environments is highly desirable
