Freedom Village is proud to be a debt free Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and has been serving seniors in South Orange County, California since 1987.
About the Position:
The Healthcare Center is looking for a weekend receptionist to support Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. The Receptionist is the center of our community. The role greets and directs guests and residents, guests and medical personnel within our community. Answers telephones in a courteous, professional manner. Answers and directs all incoming and outgoing radio calls within the community. Updates daily reports, assists management with special notices and projects.
Requirements:
2 years of experience as front desk/receptionist - in a medical environment, preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm Saturday and Sunday
Benefits:

Salary $19.00 $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
Offer of employment is contingent upon successful fingerprint clearance through Department of Justice, physical exam, TB, drug and alcohol screening. Covid-19 vaccination preferred not required. Freedom Village is an EOE.
