Weekend Receptionist

Fridays 4-8 PM

Saturdays & Sundays 8 AM - 2 PM & 2 - 8 PM available

Position Overview:

The Receptionist provides general office support and direct communication within the community. To be successful in this role, you will display high organizational and professional skills which include excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task, communication and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and route a high volume of calls through the switchboard and supply information to callers and relay messages.

  • Maintain the office supply inventory at an appropriate level and order additional supplies as needed.

  • Assist with faxing and copying as needed.

  • Sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.

  • Special projects and overflow work as needed.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and hotel accommodations as requested.

  • Request postage as needed and maintain the updating of postage machine.

  • Meet and address visitors, ascertains nature of business, and direct accordingly.

Qualifications:
