This is a seasonal, in-office position working 20-25 hours per week at 850 Massachusetts Ave, Ste 170, Indianapolis, IN
Assignment duration will be based on business volume, but will not extend past October 2026
What You'll Do
  • Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents; maintaining accounts; setting up appointments; assembling document packages
  • Receive, sort and route mail
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
