Job Overview

We are looking for aย Receptionistย to serve as the face of our Senior Assisted Living facility in Baxter (Brainerd), MN. This role would act as the first point of contact for senior age residents, families, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for clerical support to all departments needing assistance, and will answer phones, greet visitors, and vendors.ย 

This part-time weekend receptionist schedule includes:

  • Every Friday Noon to 5pm and every weekend from 9-5
  • 41 hours every two weeks
  • Partial Benefits

Northern Lakes Senior Living has a positive and family-like culture in a beautiful setting, located at 8186 Excelsior Road in Baxter, MN (Brainerd).ย  Our care community hosts Assisted and Memory Care services for a total of 68 units. Responsibilities

  • Greets and provides courteous assistance to all whom enter the communityย 
  • Supervises security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exitingย 
  • Clerical duties for various departments, such as mailings, petty cash account, distributing mail, and transactions with resident fundsย 
  • Responds to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies per building policies and proceduresย 

Preferred Qualifications

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • 1 year related work experience in a related work environment
