School Summary:

Minnesota Connections Academy (MNCA) is a tuition-free, online public charter school for students in grades K-12 throughout Minnesota. MNCA is a member of the Minnesota Transitions Charter School (MTCS), a K-12 academic community. MNCA is a state-approved online program operated through a contract with Connections Academy of Minnesota, LLC, to provide the educational program and other services. MNCA is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, an accrediting division of AdvancED.

Position Summary and Responsibilities
Working from our office in St. Paul, MN on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and from home on Mondays and Fridays, the Receptionist is responsible for daily administrative tasks. Duties include answering phones and emails, receiving visitors, assisting the Leadership and Administrative Assistant teams with administrative tasks, filing and other duties as assigned.

The Receptionist will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks:

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering the phones
  • Greeting visitors
  • Sorting and managing the mail 
  • Organizing the office and ordering supplies
  • Entering student information into the state reporting system accurately 
  • Processing 504 paperwork and Disability Determination Services forms 
  • Completing tasks for new hires
  • Facilitating mailing projects (certificates, test scores, etc.) 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements:
