The Summit at Sunland Springs is looking for receptionist to join our team. This is a PRN opprotunity to work weekends (2pm-8pm) and must be ablel to work with 24 hour notice.
The Receptionist is responsible for facilitating resident and guest enjoyment by providing information and assistance in response to a wide variety of requests.
We are searching for an outstanding individuals with excellent customer service skills. You must be able to multi-task and love to work in a "fast-paced" and "positive" work environment. This vibrant receptionist will be focused on customer service and one who truly enjoys interacting with seniors. Please be responsible/dependable, goal-driven and an autonomous self-starter with an entrepreneurial passion and drive to reach the pinnacle of success.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer telephones, direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call
  • Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, follow established safety standards
  • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
  • Keep front lobby area and front desk clean and organized; etc.
  • Direct emergency personnel to emergency location and be contact person in case of emergency
  • Document in the logbook any significant incidents
  • Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and completes maintenance work orders
