Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and Weekend Receptionist to join our team at John Scott House Rehab & Nursing Center, a leading provider of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitative care in Braintree, Massachusetts. Come join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and screen all visitors, vendors, staff, and family members on the weekend shift (1p-6p), open to every other weekend

  • Answer all phone calls, receive mail, and complete data entry in a timely and accurate manner

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, telephone, and communication skills

  • Support the administrative team in maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk area

Requirements:
