Weekend Spa Receptionist

Weekend Schedule

This position is for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We are currently hiring for the following shifts:

  • Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Scheduling will be determined based on operational needs and candidate availability.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
  • Check guests in and out while ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservations.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage the daily schedule.
  • Recommend spa enhancements, retail products, and membership opportunities.
  • Maintain an immaculate reception area that reflects Evergreen Spa's luxury standards.
  • Communicate effectively with therapists and spa staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Process payments, gift cards, and retail purchases accurately.
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
