Weekend Receptionist

Part time

(Afternoon Shift 2:00p.m. to 9:00p.m.)

The Job

The receptionist will provide support to the Administrative Team and the Community as a whole by being the liaison between visitors and personnel.ย 

Position and Schedule

  • Weekend Receptionist
  • Part Time - Weekend Afternoon Shift

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturerโ€™s instructions for house phone and console operation.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Works closely with the Administrative team and handles additional duties when assigned and as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in the use of personal computer
  • One (2) year experience in an office setting
  • Experience with over head paging
  • Experience with Multi-line phone system
  • Customer Service
