Clubhouse Sports Lounge is Edwardsville’s go-to destination for great food, cold drinks, and wall-to-wall sports action. From NFL Sunday Ticket and weekend brunch to private parties and late-night fun, our kitchen team keeps the energy going by serving scratch-made food guests love. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our crew and help deliver consistent quality every shift.

What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in preparing dishes that meet our standards for quality and presentation. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and specifications

  • Operating grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

  • Following portion control, food safety, and sanitation guidelines

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout your shift

  • Assisting with prep, restocking, and closing duties as needed

  • Communicating clearly with the expo and FOH team to ensure accurate, timely orders

  • Supporting the kitchen team during high-volume shifts, especially on game days and weekends
