Description
RockCreek Seafood & Spirits in Seattle is currently seeking experienced line cooks to join our team.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends. We offer sick pay, employee discounts for dining, career growth opportunities, & benefits. Position includes hourly rate, tip share, and if qualified, based on average hours worked, a health, dental, and vision plan after the measurement and administration periods.
We practice tip sharing as a company, more commonly referred to as tipping-out. The line cook position is tipped out through our tip sharing policy, and allocated based on the hours worked by the individual.
Wage Range and Benefits
  • Hourly Wage is $22 - $29 DOE.
  • Tip sharing weekly for all BOH employees.
  • Sick pay is awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. All PSSL is accrued and available for use in accordance with Washington State and local laws.
  • Employee receives 5 designated unpaid days off - Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the 4th of July (or observed).
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election available after 6-month lookback period if eligible based on hours worked (average of 30/week).
    • Employer pays 50% of employee only medical coverage.
    • Dependent/family coverage is available at full cost to the employee.
  • Employee Assistance Program provided upon hire at no cost to employee.
  • 50% Employee discount provided, for up to three additional guests if dining with you.
  • Employee Referral Incentive Program offered.
  • Weekly pay days.

Line Cook 1 $22 -$25 /hr plus tip
