TITLE: BDE Virtual Learning Producer.
Option on site/Hybrid or remote
Bill rate range -
Client is seeking an experienced Learning Virtual Producer to deliver high-quality, engaging virtual and hybrid learning experiences across the enterprise. This individual contributor role operates at the Manager / Senior Manager level and is accountable for the end-to-end production of live virtual learning programs, for Client Excellence virtual learning events.
The ideal candidate is a virtual production expert who ensures seamless execution, elevates learner engagement, and enables facilitators to deliver impactful learning experiences. This role is critical to scaling Client Excellence Academy s learning strategy through, operational excellence, and exceptional learner experience.
  1. Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities will include:
Virtual Learning Production
  • Own end-to-end production of virtual instructor-led (vILT), hybrid, and large-scale Client Excellence learning programs

  • Sets production standards, playbooks and quality thresholds.

  • Lead live session execution, ensuring high-quality, seamless delivery aligned to Client Excellence standards

  • Conduct technical rehearsals and dry runs to ensure facilitator and speaker readiness

Learning Technology & Platform Management
  • Serve as subject matter expert on virtual platforms (e.G., Class for Teams, Microsoft Teams, Miro) and account management.

  • Configure and manage session environments, including breakout rooms, polling, chat, and collaboration tools

  • Maintain standardized templates, settings, and best practices for consistent delivery

  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time and implement preventative solutions

Facilitator & Presenter Support
  • Partner with facilitators, Certified Practitioners and SMEs to optimize delivery for virtual environments

  • Provide coaching on engagement techniques, virtual tool utilization, and effective virtual presence

  • Ensure facilitators are fully supported to focus on content delivery

Learner Engagement & Experience
  • Design and implement interactive elements to drive participation and engagement

  • Monitor learner interaction and adapt in real time to maintain session effectiveness

  • Apply best practices in adult learning and virtual engagement to enhance learning outcomes

  • Support inclusive and accessible learning experiences for global audiences

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze learner feedback and engagement data to refine delivery approaches

  • Contribute to the development of scalable standards, templates, and playbooks

Strategic Responsibilities
  • Partner with instructional designers to translate learning designs into engaging virtual experiences

  • Influence and establish standards for virtual learning delivery across Client

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, enhancing the effectiveness of enterprise learning programs

  • Elevate the overall quality and consistency of virtual learning experiences across the organization

III. Education
  • Bachelor s degree in Learning & Development, HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5 10+ years of experience in virtual learning production, digital learning delivery, or related field

  • Demonstrated experience managing live, high-visibility virtual sessions, including executive-facing programs

  • Advanced proficiency in platforms such as Class for Teams, Microsoft Teams, and Miro

  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills in live environments

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
