## Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Nursing School Prep Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting aspiring nursing students in their educational journey, specifically focusing on helping them prepare for the HESI exam. This fully remote position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of future nurses.

## Responsibilities

- Assist students in preparing for the HESI exam by providing guidance, resources, and practice materials.

- Support students' learning by offering individualized attention and addressing specific areas of difficulty.

- Create a positive and motivating virtual learning environment.

- Collaborate with the educational team to develop and enhance study plans and prep materials.

- Utilize online learning platforms and technology to deliver effective and engaging study sessions.

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to track progress and provide updates.
