Join Fintech in Tampa, Florida as a SMB Sales Executive!

The SMB Sales Executives’ primary responsibility is to sell / upgrade Fintech’s subscription-based services (Premium and Premium Plus) to retailers in the SMB space. The services assist retailers with payments & data of their beverage alcohol & non-alcohol purchases and provides visibility into their analytics. Our solution helps retailers conform to state regulations for purchasing beverage alcohol and maximizes profitability for their beverage alcohol and non-alcohol program. The sales executive position follows a hybrid schedule, allowing sales executives to work remotely from home on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday. This structure provides flexibility while maintaining strong team connection, coaching, and collaboration.

Essential Functions:

  • Prospect and qualify sales leads for sales pursuit using Salesforce customer data base
  • Deliver phone and virtual sales demos to small business owners
  • Utilize a consultative approach to uncover our customers business challenges and position Fintech value statements to mitigate those business challenges
  • Participate in sales-led marketing programs that promote client’s interest
  • Develop relationships and maintain frequent communications with assigned clients and strategic partners to increase lead referrals
  • Close deals / sales
  • Prepare, collect and process sales service agreements
  • Participate in a weekly team sales cadence and sales performance reporting

 Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years inside or outside B2B sales required
