Responsibilities

The Fintech Specialist partners with executive leadership to develop and execute sales programs and strategies designed to increase revenue, maintain margins, and support broader business objectives. This position drives business development through customer renewals, upsell opportunities, new property sales, contract negotiations, and strategic customer relationships.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute customer retention, upsell, and new property sales opportunities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies that drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Negotiate customer agreements while ensuring alignment with established financial parameters and business objectives.
  • Conduct profitability assessments and financial analysis of customer contracts and business opportunities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for fintech customers and key stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong strategic relationships.
  • Establish performance objectives and quality standards to support successful sales and business outcomes.
  • Partner with executive leadership, Finance, Operations, customers, investors, business partners, and other cross-functional teams to advance strategic initiatives.
  • Address complex business challenges involving negotiations, revenue optimization, market expansion, and competitive positioning through analytical thinking and sound judgment.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and established procedures.
Qualifications

Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Experience Required

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience developing strategic sales programs.
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing business fundamentals and financial models.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of strategic sales management, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and experience working within established financial parameters.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate contract profitability and business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the gaming and financial services industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with executive leadership, customers, investors, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with database management.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75%-90%.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule and work effectively in both office and customer environments.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable jurisdictional gaming licenses.
