Head of Treasury Management


We are seeking a Head of Treasury Management who will be responsible for leading and executing the Bank's treasury management strategy, driving commercial deposit growth, expanding treasury services adoption, and building a sustainable fee income stream. This role will serve as a key partner to Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, and Lending teams to deepen client relationships, enhance payment solutions, and strengthen the Bank's position as the primary financial partner for commercial customers.


Responsibilities:ย 

  • Lead and execute the Bank's treasury management and payment strategy.
  • Drive commercial deposit growth and increase treasury services adoption.
  • Develop and enhance treasury management products, services, and sales programs.
  • Partner with Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Lending, and Operations teams to deepen client relationships.
  • Support business development through treasury expertise and consultative sales support.
  • Build recurring fee income through treasury services, payment solutions, and merchant services.
  • Create pricing, service, and reporting models that support profitability and customer value.
  • Integrate treasury management, merchant services, and lending solutions into a coordinated commercial banking experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging payment technologies.
  • Establish goals, metrics, and performance analytics to measure growth, penetration, revenue, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, Bank policies, and risk management standards.
  • Maintain strong controls related to payments, fraud mitigation, client authentication, vendor oversight, and treasury services.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of banking experience with significant treasury management, commercial banking, or payments leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success growing commercial deposits, treasury services adoption, and fee income.
  • Experience building or significantly enhancing treasury management programs and sales structures.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships across commercial banking, operations, and executive leadership teams.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury management, payment solutions, merchant services, commercial cash management, and related risk and compliance considerations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
