HHHUB is a fast-growing, FinTech-focused recruiting agency helping innovative companies across the EU and the UK build strong teams. As our client base expands, we are looking to collaborate with an experienced Freelance FinTech Recruiter, who can help identify and engage top industry talent.

This is a B2B contractor role, ideal for an independent recruiter who wants flexibility while working on high-quality FinTech roles across European and UK markets.

🔍 Responsibilities
  • Source and engage high-quality FinTech candidates across the EU and UK markets;

  • Manage key stages of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification;

  • Conduct structured candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit;

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FinTech talent for current and upcoming roles;

  • Collaborate closely with the HHHUB team on active search projects and hiring strategies;

  • Provide insights into candidate availability, salary expectations, and market trends;

  • Maintain high standards of candidate experience and communication throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Requirements
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within FinTech, payments, or financial services;

  • Strong experience in direct sourcing and LinkedIn outreach;

  • Experience working with EU and/or UK hiring markets;

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken);

  • Proficiency in the local market language or Russian considered an advantage;

  • Ability to work independently and manage recruitment pipelines effectively;

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
