Job description

The Creative Director will own and elevate TON’s global creative identity. This role leads the vision, design language, and execution across all creative outputs - from brand systems and digital campaigns to events, partnerships, and ecosystem activations. The ideal candidate is a world-class creative leader who can translate complex Web3 concepts into compelling, accessible, and inspiring design experiences that resonate across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities Creative leadership
  • Define and safeguard TON’s global design system (visual identity,
  • Translate TON’s brand positioning into impactful visual storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Develop innovative creative concepts that connect TON to culture, life
  • Elevate TON’s creative standards to world-class luxury and tech brand benchmarks.
Execution delivery
  • Oversee the design and production of all brand and marketing assets: digital, social, events, print, video, and experiential.
  • Lead design for ecosystem partnerships, co-marketing campaigns, and sponsorship activations.
  • Work with content, product, and event teams to ensure design cohesion across campaigns and launches.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet deadlines, budget, and global quality standards.
Team collaboration
  • Build and mentor TON’s internal design team (graphic designers, motion designers, UX/UI).
  • Manage and direct external creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Community teams to deliver integrated creative campaigns.
  • Advocate for design thinking across TON and the wider ecosystem.
Innovation experimentation
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends, digital formats, and new technologies (AI, Web3, XR).
  • Introduce fresh creative formats for community engagement, campaigns, and storytelling.
  • Experiment with activations that blend digital and real-world experiences.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally within global brands, agencies, or tech/fintech companies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact design systems and creative campaigns.
  • Mastery of design software and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion/video tools).
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and agency partners.
  • Proven ability to deliver innovative, world-class creative under fast-paced timelines.
  • Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, or cultural/luxury branding (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
