Job SummarySHI is seeking a Content Strategist & Writer - Healthcare to support our Healthcare business. This role is responsible for developing clear, compelling content that supports brand positioning, campaign performance, and product storytelling. The position blends content strategy, thought leadership, and product marketing writing, translating complex healthcare solutions into valuedriven narratives that resonate with target audiences.
This role partners closely with product and solutions marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, sales, and subject matter experts to create content that educates, differentiates, and drives growth across the funnel.

Role Description

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned to business goals, gotomarket motions, and healthcare audience needs, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives

  • Collaborate with campaign managers, sales teams, field marketing, and subject matter experts to create accurate, relevant, valuedriven content tailored to specific personas, industries, and buying stages

  • Write productadjacent content, including solution briefs, onepagers, FAQs, messaging frameworks, and web copy

  • Produce fullfunnel, prospectfacing content such as blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, email copy, and landing pages

  • Ensure consistency in voice, messaging, and positioning across all channels

  • Support product and solution launches by creating sales and campaignaligned enablement content that supports prospecting and pipeline acceleration

  • Apply SEO best practices to improve content discoverability, search rankings, and organic performance across web and campaign assets

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
