Job description

We're looking for a Senior Staff Platform Product Manager to lead one of Intuit's most critical platforms: the connectivity layer powering QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp.

The platform you'll own connects Intuit's products to the external world, enabling the integrations and partnerships that millions of customers rely on daily. You'll continuously scout and onboard new data providers, expanding the ecosystem in ways that reduce friction for customers and developers alike, and directly drive revenue across Intuit.

This role demands a rare combination: deep technical fluency, customer empathy, and the business acumen to forge strong partnerships and ship at scale. You'll set the strategic vision for the platform, drive key initiatives end-to-end, and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver with both speed and excellence.

If you think in systems, lead through influence, and want your work to matter at scale, we'd love to talk.

  • Own integration quality end-to-end, proactively resolving issues with partners before they reach customers.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI across the platform, improving data quality, automation, and developer experience.

  • Influence adjacent product roadmaps to deliver optimal ecosystem-wide experiences across BUs.

  • Craft compelling narratives and decision docs that drive alignment from engineers to SVPs on platform strategy.

  • Conduct customer and developer discovery to identify high-impact integration gaps and opportunities.

  • Proven ability to build and manage external partnerships (data providers, fintech partners, industry bodies).

  • Domain knowledge in FinTech, Banking Standards, Payments, or ERP is a plus.

  • Skilled storyteller and communicator, comfortable influencing senior leadership on platform strategy.

  • Demonstrated data-driven approach to measuring ecosystem health, partner performance, and business outcomes.
